Sandstorm Returns Policy

At Sandstorm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it in accordance with the guidelines below.

1. Return Window
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
- The item must be free from any marks, stains, odors, or signs of wear, including makeup, deodorant, smoke, or pet hair.
- Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible.

3. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, socks, and earrings are non-returnable.
- Final sale items, clearance items, and items purchased with discount codes may be non-returnable or eligible only for store credit, as specified at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 10-14 working days for the refund to appear in your account after the return is processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired exchange on the return form.
- We will cover the cost of shipping for the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.
- If an exchanged item is later returned for a refund, the cost of exchange shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

 6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to return your items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- For international returns, any duties or taxes incurred will be deducted from your refund. Please mark the parcel with "Return—Duties Paid" to avoid delays.

 7. How to Return an Item
- Pack the item securely along with the completed returns form and your order slip.
- If you no longer have the order slip, include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.

8. Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 working days for processing.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed.
